Welcome to Samarth Academy. By downloading, accessing, or using our mobile application (“App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the App.

1. USE OF THE APP

Samarth Academy provides an online platform containing study materials, mock tests, and test series for educational preparation. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the App.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features of the App, you must register for an account using your phone number via OTP. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. PURCHASES AND PAYMENT

Certain test series, mock tests, and study materials (“Premium Content”) are available for purchase within the App. All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay.

  • By completing a purchase, you agree to pay the stated price for the Premium Content.
  • Access to Premium Content is granted immediately upon successful payment verification.

4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY (STRICT NO REFUND)

Please read this section carefully before making any purchase:

  • ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations for any Premium Content (including test series, mock tests, and PDFs) purchased through the App.
  • Due to the digital nature of the content, once access is granted, the transaction cannot be reversed.
  • We strongly advise you to review the free/demo content (if available) and the descriptions carefully before making a payment via Razorpay.
  • In the rare event of a payment failure where the amount is deducted from your bank account but access is not granted, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method by Razorpay within 5-7 business days.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, design, graphics, compilation, and other matters related to the App are protected under applicable copyrights and trademarks. The copying, redistribution, use, or publication by you of any such matters or any part of the App is strictly prohibited.

6. TERMINATION

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

7. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
