Personal Data When you register for the App, we collect personally identifiable information, such as:

  • Phone Number (used for OTP authentication and account creation)
  • Name (for profile customization)
  • Payment Information (processed securely through third-party payment gateways like Razorpay when you purchase premium test series or materials. We do not store your credit card or banking details on our servers).

Derivative Data Information our servers automatically collect when you access the App, such as your native actions that are integral to the App, including tests attempted, scores achieved, and study materials accessed.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Having accurate information about you permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we may use information collected about you via the App to:

  • Create and manage your account.
  • Process your payments and grant access to purchased test series and PDFs.
  • Compile anonymous statistical data and analysis for use internally.
  • Monitor and analyze usage and trends to improve your experience with the App.
  • Deliver mock tests, results, and study materials.
  • Send you notifications regarding your account or App updates.

Our App uses Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, and Storage) to securely store your data. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable.

5. USER DATA DELETION

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. If you wish to delete your account and associated data (including test scores and profile information), please contact us directly using the contact information provided below. We will remove your account and all associated data from our active databases within 30 days of your request, in compliance with Google Play Store policies.
